Our treatment centre is fully equipped to deal with a wide range of on-site medical emergencies. We typically have a wide range of dressings, bandages etc., as well as a Defibrillator.
For larger events, and in line with the recent changes in The Purple Guide which now suggests a Paramedic is used in addition to any First Responders, we have partnered with CQC registered industry partners, who can provide a fully crewed response Ambulance.
Once you have instructed us to provide your medical cover, we will prepare an Event Medical Plan both for your files and to aid any pre event discussions you have with your local Safety Advisory Group. This EMP will show in detail exactly what we are going to be doing for you, your staff and visitors.
All the work we do is undertaken in line with industry best practice, as well as working to the relevant sections (mainly Section 5) of The Purple Guide.
Following the endorsement by the Institute of Licensing Endorsement, of the Purple Guide as the go-to guidance for outdoor events, all organisers are actively encouraged to sign up.

First Aid Training
Our First Aid courses are designed to give you the skill and confidence to provide urgent care to someone with an injury or life threatening condition.
Our Emergency First Aid at Work course covers:
Roles & Responsibilities of the First Aider (including Health & Safety regulations)

EFAW course certificates are valid for 3 years, and provide learners with a solid foundation on which to build their First Aid skills. Training can be done at your place of work of at our training centre, from as little as £65 per person. Over 16's only. Maximum class size is 12.

We are a Qualsafe registered training centre and deliver the Emergency First Aid at Work course from as little as £65 per person.
